Serrated Back Moulding Cutterhead with hydraulic centering and clamping. Tool body is made of high tensile steel and the locking on the machines spindle is achieved with two special sleeves.
The tool can be manufactured with 4, 6, 8, cutting edges and with rake angle between 23° and 27°. The tool fits HS knives 8 mm thick (not included, Click HERE for Serrated Cutter Blanks)
. This tool is designed for high production rates and good surface finish of profiled workpieces.
