The Wadkin Bursgreen train the trainer course is designed to benefit the larger or expanding company that would have multiple employees that require certificated wood machinery training.
You would select an experienced member of your staff and our trainer would design a course specific to your business. This would take into account your current woodworking machinery setup. He/she would the train the candidate to a point where he/she could then give accredited training to your other employees.
After the training has been completed your members off staff are assessed before being issued the legal certificate.
The Train the Trainer certificate would need to be refreshed every 3 to 5 years.
Where does this happen?
Generally, these woodworking machinery courses are delivered in your own facility but we can deliver it in our training academy showroom in Leicestershire if you need it.

A fully accredited certificate of competence. As soon as they pass the training, they get a legal certificate of the train the trainer training course. After 7-10 days, you receive a print diploma.

Refresher training to be taken every 3 to 5 years to maintain personnel competency in line with current HSE guidance.
