PRE-PLANNED SERVICING

Waiting for a machine to break down before acting is an expensive and time-consuming option to take. 

Our service packages will include an inspection for worn parts, machine cleaning and lubrication, resetting of bed-plates, fences + spindles and an after-service report providing a list of any defects and parts that may be required. All consumables (Oil, Grease etc.) and travel times are included in your AMS service package price.

We include health and safety recommendations to help ensure your equipment is operating safely and in compliance with PUWER.

REMOVALS AND RELOCATION OF MACHINERY

We have relocated complete factories, from small joinery shops to full high-speed production timber milling facilities.These are complex operations and our vastly experienced engineering workforce can offer a turnkey operation.

All decommissioning and recommissioning are undertaken by our own skilled engineers. All lifting and transport is arranged by AMS for your piece of mind.

WOODWORKING MACHINERY REBUILDS

AMS can help bring your machinery up to current PUWER government standards. Our rebuild facility in Leicestershire can accommodate the largest of machines to be either factory serviced or fully rebuilt to an as new condition.

All owners of older machinery should be aware that even though the machine seems to be in good working order it may not comply with current health and safety and PUWER regulations.
