Planing Head With Rounding & Chamfering- STARK TH34FM

Full Cutterhead Set consisting of 3 elements. Element A and C are profiled and allow for 45° chamfer or Pencil Rounds (R= 2-3-4-5-6 mm), alternatively 45° chamfer on one side and Pencil Round on the other .

The central elements B and D plane the straight part of the workpiece and are manufactured with shear angle for excellent surface finish and reduce power consumption.

All blades are pre-profiled giving repeated accuracy of profile and eliminating costly re-grinding.

Vertical Adjustment of spindles allows to move from Planing to Chamfer & Pencil Rounds without changing tools
