The M 523EL Easy Set five head planer moulder is the newest addition to the Wadkin Bursgreen range of moulding machines and is very popular in Joinery, Furniture and Timber Merchant workshops when a compact easy to use moulder is required.

The new Easy Set positioning system controls the setting of the near side and top heads from the PLC control at the infeed of the machine, greatly reducing the changeover times between components.

The 6 to 24mpm variable feed speed gives you total control of the finish of your components and the 3-area pneumatic feed roller pressure system ensures a smooth feed of even uneven components.

A powerful 7.5hp motor to the 1st bottom head and 10hp motors to the joint side heads and Top and 2nd bottom heads give you total control of even the most complex of mouldings and the 2mtr infeed straightening table is perfect for Door, Window and Furniture components.

With these features and the robust cast iron body of this planer moulder, this machine will give you years of reliable service.
