NEW PLANER MOULDERS

Our state-of-the-art showroom in Leicestershire houses 5 models of the Wadkin Bursgreen Planer Moulder range, from 4 to 6 head models all of which can be demonstrated using the customers own materials. 

Planer moulders are hugely popular in the Joinery, Furniture, Sawmill and Timber merchant sectors. Hardwood and Softwood mouldings can be produced with a very high quality of finish at varying feed speeds.

A popular addition to the range is the Easy-Set system which controls the near side and top heads/feed works from a touch screen, reducing set up time and saving money. The heavy-duty cast-iron body of the machine absorbs any vibration and ensures a top-class finish and longer tool life.

NEW PROFILE GRINDERS

Regarding the grinders, Wadkin Bursgreen has added to its range an Auto-Straight knife grinder, a Profile & straight knife combination grinder and a Circular Saw Grinder.

The new Wadkin Bursgreen automatic straight knife grinder is the perfect replacement for the old Wadkin NZ machine.

Bespoke demonstrations can be organised for the customer to see his or her own products being produced and cutters ground from scratch.

NEW MULTI RIP SAWS - FASTRACK

Wadkin Bursgreen has added to its range of Multi Rip saws a Fastrack Multi rip saw with movables saw blades. They have it on display in their showroom, ready for demonstrations.

The range of Wadkin Bursgreen Multi Rip Saws provide a perfect balance between accuracy and efficiency. The WB 120/150 Multi Rip saws are ideal for Softwood or Hardwoods and they have a precision saw arbor for clean and smooth cutting.

AMS has also developed, along with the manufacturer, special training courses to enable its engineers and its customers to use the machines confidently and speed up the setting process. AMS has spare parts and tooling available for all the machines that it sells – because the most important part of the sale for AMS is to take care its customers after the purchase.
